I’ve been a student of one of the world’s most respected Tibetan Buddhist Lamas for over 30 years. I’ve been studying Lucid Dreaming and psychedelic vision quests since the 80’s. I took my first Hypnosis seminar in San Diego in 2003. I’ve lived in San Diego since 2002.

From 1990-2002 I was a funk/rock singer-songwriter, releasing 8 albums with my band Catawampus Universe. I facilitate Sound Baths featuring overtone chanting, where I sing “The 21 Praises to Goddess Arya Tara” in Sanskrit. I was a wedding photographer for 17 years. I paint with acrylics.

I grew up in the pristine forests of Kentucky and went to the University of Kentucky in green, green Lexington, where I lived for 20 years. I backpacked the pyramids and peyote fields of Mexico for 6 months in the 90’s before hitchhiking from Guatemala back to Kentucky. I’ve spent time in sacred sites in India, Nepal, Venezuela, and Hawaii. My wife, who is a Tui Na massage therapist, and I spend as much time traveling the world as possible.
